These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website kyatax.com, its tools, calculators, generated reports, and paid subscriptions (collectively, the "Service"), operated by KyaTax ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
KyaTax provides self-service software tools that help you prepare documents and computations (e.g., project reports, CMA data, financial statements from a trial balance, depreciation registers, tax computations). Outputs are automated drafts generated from the information you provide and are intended as working aids. They are not professional, legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and are not certified statements.
2. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for reviewing every output before relying on it or submitting it to any bank, authority, or third party.
- You should have outputs reviewed and finalised by a qualified professional where required by law.
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or upload data you are not authorised to use.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Certain features ("Premium") require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown at the point of purchase (e.g., the Virtual CFO suite at ₹9,999 for a 3-month access period). Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). Access is granted for the stated period and does not auto-renew unless expressly stated. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, scrape, or attempt to bypass access controls of the Service, nor to overload or disrupt its infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content are owned by KyaTax. The reports and documents you generate from your own data are yours to use for your business; the underlying tools and templates remain ours.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyaTax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision taken in reliance on an output. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Data & privacy
Most tools process your data in your browser. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
