Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for payments made on kyatax.com. By making a payment you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. One-time report purchases (e.g., DPR / CMA, ₹499 and above)
These are digital products delivered instantly. Because the report is generated and downloadable immediately on payment, such purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated/downloaded.
2. Premium subscriptions (e.g., Virtual CFO suite — ₹9,999 / 3 months)
- Every user gets a 14-day free trial to evaluate the tools before paying — please use it to confirm the Service meets your needs.
- If you subscribe and the Service fails to work for you due to a verified technical fault on our side that we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment; we will refund on a pro-rata basis for the unused period after deducting any payment-gateway charges.
- Subscriptions provide access for the stated period and do not auto-renew. You may simply not renew to cancel; there is no recurring charge.
- Refunds are not available merely for non-use of the subscription during its validity.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@kyatax.com or WhatsApp +91 88826 33438 with your payment ID, date and reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay), typically within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's timelines.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
