FOR CA · CS · CMA · TAX PRACTICES

Practice Desk — every client, every due date, every staff member on one board. Under your firm's name.

Add a client, drag the services you handle for them, drop a staff name on each — and the desk lays out GST, TDS, ITR, ROC, payroll and audit due dates from the statute, for today, this week, this month or any range.

What the desk does

Built by a practising CA for firms that run on WhatsApp reminders and Excel trackers, and lose a date every quarter.

📋

Work board

Overdue, due today, this week, next 30 days, or any date range — filtered by staff, client or service. Tick done with the ARN or SRN as the note.

🧾

68-service catalogue with statutory dates

GSTR-1/3B/QRMP/CMP-08/GSTR-9, TDS payment and returns, Form 16/16A, advance tax, ITR, tax audit, AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, MSME-1, LLP 8/11, PF/ESI, PT, statutory and internal audit, MIS, finalisation and more. One-off work takes your dates.

🧩

Drag-and-drop allocation

Drag a service from the catalogue into a client. Drag a staff name onto a service. Client-wise or service-wise, one person or several, change it any time — open due dates follow the new allocation instantly.

📅

Client visits and meetings

Book visits from the desk; clients can request one from their link. Requested, confirmed, done — all on one list.

🔗

Client link, your brand

Each client gets a link showing what is coming up and what is completed, with your firm's name, colour and phone — and a button to request a visit.

🔐

Roles that match a firm

Admin sees everything and allocates. Staff sign in with their email and see only the clients and work given to them. Clients see only their own page.

Three interfaces, one desk

Nothing to install. Sign-in is a one-tap link emailed to each person — no passwords to manage.

How onboarding works

A firm is live the same day. Your first clients are on the board within the hour.

Tell us the firm

Firm name, the partner's email, a brand colour and the phone clients should see. We set the desk up under your name.

Sign in, add staff

The partner gets a sign-in link by email. Add staff by email — each gets their own link.

Add clients, drag services, drop staff

Pick each client's services from the catalogue and allocate. Press “Sync due dates” once — the board fills itself.

Send client links

Each client gets a branded link showing their coming-up and completed work, with a visit-request button.

Set up your firm's desk — in 2 minutes

Enter the firm and the partner's email. The desk is created under your firm's name and a sign-in link is emailed straight away. No password, no card.

Founding firms — including our own practice — are onboarded first and appear in the directory below once verified. Pricing for the desk is agreed per firm during onboarding; professional fees, where any apply, are exclusive of GST and out-of-pocket expenses at actuals.

Firms on Practice Desk

Practices already running their clients on the desk. Verified and listed by KyaTax — in-house firms first, then partner firms as they onboard. A client of any listed firm gets their tracking link from that firm.

Questions firms ask

Does the client see the KyaTax name anywhere?

No. Every screen your staff and clients see carries your firm's name, colour and contact details. The app can be served from your own domain or subdomain so the link is yours too.

How are due dates generated?

From a deterministic rule engine that encodes the statutory date for each of 68 services. One-off services take the dates you set. Nothing is guessed, and every rule is covered by automated test vectors.

Can several staff handle one client?

Yes. Allocation is per client-service, so GST can go to one person and ROC to another, or to several people. Drag a name onto the row to allocate; change it any time and the open due dates follow.

Where is the data stored?

On KyaTax's own servers in an isolated tenant per firm. Staff see only what is allocated to them; the client link exposes only that client's dates and status. Passwords are never stored — sign-in is by emailed link.

Will the other KyaTax tools come into the desk?

That is the roadmap: MCA filing packs, billing and payment tracking, document exchange and the Books engine are being folded in per client, still under your firm's name.

Practice Desk is workflow software. It tracks statutory dates from published rules; verify any deadline against the latest notification before relying on it, and consult the applicable law for extensions.
